NorthEast Minneapolis is quickly rising from its humble working class beginnings to an amazing arts center populated with musicians, film makers, potters, dancers, stage professionals, and every other form of artistic endeavor that can be imagined!  There is great restaurants, bars, and it is proving to be a magnet for a younger, more vibrant community.  Maybe it is the price of the housing?  Perhaps the building’s irrefutable charm?
